Vuokraovi.com gathers all available rental homes into one place, regardless of who owns them. The service includes rental homes owned by private landlords, companies, and foundations as well as the state, municipalities, and towns.For private landlords
You can use the Vuokraovi.com service to place ads for the following types of rentals: home, real estate, plot, sublet flat, bedsit, holiday home, shared home, or other rental (parking space, berth, or storage space). You can place ads in the service after you have registered for the MyVuokraovi service.MyVuokraovi is a tool for private landlords that enables you to quickly and easily modify the information in your rental ads, passivate the rental after finding a suitable tenant, and reactivate the rental when it is time to find a new tenant. In addition, MyVuokraovi lets you know how many times your rental has been visited via the service. You can save all unfinished forms in the service and continue filling them in later.
For private landlords, the price of a rental ad is 70 euros per 4 weeks.

The price of extra visibility is 20 euros for the validity period of the rental ad.
The price of a front page showcase is 1.90 euros per hour.

You can make a rental application and send it to the desired agencies simply by filling in a single form.The search feature gives you access to thorough information about rentals, with photographs, layouts, video shows, virtual shows, and maps. The high-quality map search helps you see the rentals available in a certain area at a glance.
If a suitable rental is not currently available, you can save a watchdog in the service to receive an e-mail when the right rental has become available. You can also use the service to make an electronic rental application that is sent to all agencies you select. In other words, you need not fill in numerous applications – one is enough! You can make applications and save searches and watchdogs after you have registered for the MyVuokraovi service.
MyVuokraovi is a tool for persons seeking a rental home. You can save searches and watchdogs in the MyVuokraovi service and edit the criteria later. Also, rental applications you have sent are stored in the MyVuokraovi service. You can remove your application after you have found a suitable home and the application is no longer needed. You can save all unfinished forms in the service and continue filling them in later. In addition, MyVuokraovi provides a favourites page, which makes it easy to compare rentals.
