Visiting friends and relatives can easily stay overnight on one of the eight sleeping spots in three different rooms. The apartment excellently supports remote working with a fast wireless internet and an adjustable height workstation and a proper office chair.

The flat has recently been renovated and luxuriously equipped with oil waxed parquet, gas stove, as well as a restored Hotel Torni sink and mirror in the bathroom.

The tenant gets to take advantage of the plentiful services such as Hakaniemi Market Hall, Kulttuurisauna Public Sauna, the seafront, and park areas as well as excellent public transport connections. There is a crossroads of metro, various tram and bus lines on Hämeentie.

Kaikkiin alle kuuden kuukauden pituisien vuokrauksien kuukausihintaan lisätään 10% ALV päälle. Kuukausihinnat pitävät sisällään veden, sähkön, internetin, petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet.

Avara ja valoisa ylellisesti remontoitu ja kalustettu ylimmän kerroksen 79m2 kaksio etsii vuokralaisia joustavalle aikavälille 1vko – 12kk lähelle merta ja palvelujen ääreen aivan Hakaniementorin laidalle. Huoneiston ikkunat aukeavat sekä länteen että itään, rauhalliselle Hakaniemenkujalle ja sisäpihalle.

Asunto mahdollistaa tilavuudellaan rennon oleilun suuremmillekin perheille tai työporukoille. Kylässä käyvät ystävät tai sukulaiset majoittuvat helposti lopuille asunnon kahdeksasta eri nukkumapaikasta kolmessa eri huoneessa.
