Asukkaiden käytössä ovat taloyhtiön erinomaiset yhteistilat mm. kaksi taloyhtiösaunaa, kuntosali, runsaasti yleisiä varastotiloja ja asuntokohtaiset irtainvarastot. Hisseillä pääsee suoraan autohalliin ja lisäksi pihalla on autopaikkoja. Autopaikat vuokrataan erikseen varaustilanteen mukaan.

Vuokrasopimu s tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi. Vakuus on 1 kk vuokraa vastaava ja vakuudeksi hyväksytään vain rahavakuus. Vesimaksu 20 €/hlö/kk, vesimaksu on kiinteä ja sitä ei tasata. Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen. Tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M internetyhteys. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

Asunto Oy Espoo Kultainen Hauki is a cozy building for senior living in Haukilahti, Espoo. The functional and spacious layouts of the apartments have been planned with living comfort in mind. At least one resident of the apartment must be over 55 years old.

The buildings cozy and homelike hall serves as a common living room and offers good opportunities for the residents to spend time together. In the versatile space, there is the possibility of e.g. relax by the fireplace. The apartments are bright and spacious and have high-quality materials. The shared facilities for residents also include two saunas, a gym, plenty of common storage areas as well as apartment-specific storages. The elevators take you directly to the parking garage and there are also parking spaces in the yard. Parking spaces are rented separately depending on the reservation status.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and only money deposit is accepted. Water fee is 20 €/person/month. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The rent includes 50M internet connection. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
