Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva. Vakuus 1 kk vuokraa vastaava. Vesimaksuennakkomaksu 20€/hlö/kk. Vesimaksu tasataan kulutuksen mukaan kerran vuodessa.
