Herttoniemestä on loistavat kulkuyhteydet, sillä metroasema sijaitsee vain kivenheiton päässä. Autoilija pääsee kätevästi Itäväylää pitkin Kehä I:lle ja Kehä III:lle sekä keskustaan. Vuokrattavana on 23-76,5 neliöisiä, 1-3 huoneen asuntoja. Osassa huoneistoista on oma parveke. Taloyhtiössä on asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä sauna. Jokaiselle huoneistolle on oma irtainvarasto ja lisäksi taloyhtiössä on pyörävarastot. Vuokraan sisältyy Telia 10M laajakaistayhteys. Vesimaksu 20 €/hlö/kk.

Toistaiseksi voimassa oleva vuokrasopimus, vakuus 1 kuukauden vuokran suuruinen (luottotietomerkinnät vaikuttavat vakuuden suuruteen ja asunnon saantiin). Lemmikit sallittu. Tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Asukasvalinnassa etusijalla ovat alle 35-vuotiaat hakijat tilanteissa, joissa hakijoita on useampia samaan asuntoon. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

The property offers apartments ranging from 23 to 76.5 square meters, with 1 to 3 rooms. Some apartments have their own balcony. The housing company provides a sauna for residents' use. The lease agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit one month rent (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment).
