Opiskelijat: 5 % pysyvä alennus kuukausivuokrasta! Opiskelijakampanjasopimuksessa ensimmäinen mahdollinen irtisanomispäivä 5 kk vuokrasopimuksen alkamisesta. Kampanjat koskevat vain uusia sopimuksia eikä niitä voi yhdistää toisiinsa.

Kiinteistö Oy Hiihtäjäntie 7 sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla suositussa Herttoniemessä. Kauppakeskus Hertsi, joka tarjoaa kattavat päivittäispalvelut, sijaitsee vain muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Lisäksi kiinteistön läheisyydestä löytyy mm. kauppa, apteekki ja ravintoloita. Herttoniemestä on loistavat kulkuyhteydet, sillä metroasema sijaitsee vain kivenheiton päässä. Autoilija pääsee kätevästi Itäväylää pitkin Kehä I:lle ja Kehä III:lle sekä keskustaan. Alueella on myös mukavat ulkoilumaastot.

HUOM! Näkymä ikkunasta voi vaihdella asunnoittain, näkymä riippuu asunnon sijainnista rakennuksessa. Asunnoissa ei ole paikkaa pyykinpesukoneelle. Talossa ei ole huoneistokohtaisia irtainvarastoja. Erikseen on vuokrattavissa rajoitettu määrä autopaikkoja jonotusjärjestyksessä hintaan 20 €/kk.

Toistaiseksi voimassa oleva vuokrasopimus, vakuus 250 €. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M internetyhteys. Sähkö sisältyy vuokraan. Lemmikit sallittu, tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Asukasvalinnassa etusijalla ovat alle 35-vuotiaat hakijat tilanteissa, joissa hakijoita on useampia samaan asuntoon.

Kiinteistö Oy Hiihtäjäntie 7 is centrally located in the popular Herttoniemi area. The Hertsi shopping center, which offers comprehensive daily services, is just a few hundred meters away. Additionally, nearby the property, you can find a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. Herttoniemi has excellent transport connections, with the metro station just a stone's throw away. Drivers can easily access Ring I, Ring III, and the city center via Itäväylä. The area also offers pleasant outdoor recreational areas.

NOTE! The view from the window may vary between apartments, depending on the location of the apartment in the building. The apartments do not have space for a washing machine. There are no individual storage units for apartments in the building. A limited number of parking spaces are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis at a price of €20/month. The rent includes a 50M internet connection.

The lease agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit 250€ (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment). Electricity is included in the rent. Water payment 20€/person/month. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and in public areas of the building. The tenant agrees to take out comprehensive home insurance. In the selection of tenants, applicants under the age of 35 are prioritized when there are multiple applicants for the same apartment. The right to make changes is reserved.
