Asunto Oy Helsingin Pastelli on valmistunut vuonna 2019 Kuninkaantammen asuinalueelle.
Kyseessä on kolmikerroksinen asuinkerrostalo, jossa asunnot ovat kolmessa rapussa (A, B ja C).
Asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä olevia yhteistiloja ovat kerhohuone, talosauna, pesula ja kuivaushuone, irtaimistovarastot, ulkoiluvälinevarasto, sekä lastenvaunuvarasto.
Pihakannen alla sijaitsee autohalli, josta paikat ovat vuokrattavissa erikseen.

Asunnot ovat varustelultaan laadukkaita. Asuintiloissa on harmaan sävyinen laminaattilattia ja kylpyhuoneet ovat laatoitettu.
Keittiön varusteluun kuuluvat induktioliesi, astianpesukone, jääkaappipakastin sekä tilavaraus mikrolle. Keittiön työtaso on harmaan sävyinen ja välitilassa on valkoinen laatoitus.
Asunnoissa on joko lasitettu parveke, katettu terassi tai ranskalainen parveke. Asunnon ikkunoissa sälekaihtimet.

Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi. Vakuus 1kk vuokraa vastaava summa. Vesimaksu 25€/hlö/kk, vesimaksu on kiinteä, eikä sitä tasata.
Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen sekä vastuuvakuutuksen. Vuokralainen solmii oman sähkösopimuksen. Taloyhtiö siirtyy vähitellen savuttomaksi. Uusien asukkaiden vuokrasopimukset kieltävät tupakoinnin taloyhtiön huoneistoissa, huoneistojen parvekkeilla ja yhteisissä tiloissa. Huomioittehan, ettei kiinteistö ole vielä täysin savuton. Lemmikit sallittu.
Vuokraan sisältyy 50M internetyhteys.

Housing Company Helsingin Pastelli was completed in 2019 in the residential area of Kuninkaantammi.
It is a three-story residential apartment building with apartments in three entrances (A, B, and C). Shared facilities for residents include a club room, a house sauna, a laundry room and drying room, storage rooms, an outdoor equipment storage room, and a stroller storage room.
There is a parking garage under the courtyard deck, with spaces available for rent separately.

The apartments are well-equipped, featuring grey laminate flooring in living areas and tiled bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and a space for a microwave. The kitchen countertop is grey, with white tiling in the backsplash area.
The apartments have either a glazed balcony, a covered terrace, or a French balcony. The windows in the apartments are fitted with blinds.

The lease agreement is made for an indefinite period. The security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. The water fee is 25 euros per person per month, which is fixed and not adjusted.
The tenant is required to take out home insurance and liability insurance and sign their own electricity contract. The housing company is gradually becoming smoke-free. The rental agreements for new tenants prohibit smoking in the apartments, on the apartment balconies, and in the common areas of the housing company. Please note that the property is not yet completely smoke-free.
Pets are allowed. The rent includes a 50M internet connection.
