Furnished rooms in a shared apartment in Merihaka. We are offering a special rate of EUR 499 per month for the months of June and July. The rent is including water, electricity, heating and internet. The refundable security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.

The size of the rooms is between 8 to 10 Sq.M and the apartment has great unobstructed views over the city and sea. The kitchen and the bathroom are spacious which are shared between the tenants. The apartment appliances and fixtures include: ceramic cooker/oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron/board, coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchen utensils and bed linen. The building has a laundry room and sauna facilities.

The apartment is located within a brief walking distance from the Hakaniemi metro station and market place. Bus stops are located under the walking deck, which may be accessed directly from the elevator. A sports complex&gym, restaurants, grocery shop and pharmacy are located just downstairs. Most suitable for students and/or employees residing in neighboring towns.
