A dishwasher can be acquired to the available apartments, if not already installed. Please note that the installation will take place only after the move-in. The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance. The rent includes 50M internet connection. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
