Vesimaksu kulutuksen mukaan, ennakko 20 €/hlö/kk (yleensä ennakkomaksu on ollut lähellä toteutunutta. Tasoituslasku puolivuosittain). Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkö- ja laajakaistasopimuksen sekä ottaa kotivakuutuksen. Vuokra 1791 euroa, eli 597 euroa/makuuhuone.

This 3-bedroom apartment is ready to welcome new tenants.

The apartment is situated on the fourth floor and there is a lift (elevator) as well. The windows are facing the inner yard and Suvilahdenkatu.

Kitchen was remodelled totally two years ago, with new cupboards, induction stove, dishwasher and refrigerator-freezer. All the bedrooms have clothes cupboards and there is also a small walk-in-cabinet.

The bathroom was renewed two years ago, together with the pipes and the electric cables.

There is a renovated sauna, new laundry room and a drying room in the basement for everyones use and storage rooms for each apartment.

There are two grocery stores nearby, only about 200 meters away. The bus and tram (streetcar) stops and the metro/underground station are also close.

In Sörnäinen and Kallio you can find numerous small stores and services, not to mention the wide selection of restaurants. The Hakaniemi market square and hall are within walking distance.
