KESÄKAMPANJA: Puolet ensimmäisen täyden kuun vuokrasta veloituksetta ja vakuus vain 350€, kun vuokrauspäätös tehdään 9.6.-13.7.2025. välisenä aikana. Vuokrasopimuksen tulee alkaa viimeistään 29.8.2025. Kampanjasopimuksen ensimmäinen mahdollinen irtisanomispäivä on 5 kk kuluttua sopimuksen alkamisesta. Mikäli sopimus irtisanotaan ennen ensimmäistä mahdollista irtisanomispäivää, tulee maksettavaksi 1 kk vuokraa vastaava sakko. Kampanjat koskevat vain tarjousaikana tehtyjä uusia vuokrasopimuksia, eivätkä ole yhdistettävissä muihin tarjouksiin.

Muita ehtoja: Tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty, lemmikkieläimet sallittu, asukas tekee itse sähkösopimuksen, kotivakuutus pakollinen.
