Asunto Oy Keravan Nissilänpiha 9-11 sijaitsee viihtyisällä Jaakkolan alueella. Tarvittavat päivittäispalvelut sekä koulu ja päiväkoti löytyvät läheltä ja Keravan keskustaankin matkaa on vain muutama kilometri. Kiinteistö sijaitsee aivan Lahden moottoritien läheisyydessä, joten autoilijat pääsevät helposti liikkumaan. Lisäksi Keravan juna-asemalle on noin 1,5 kilometrin matka.

Taloyhtiössä on vuokrattavana tilavia 2-4 huoneen perheasuntoja. Kaikissa asunnoissa on oma sauna sekä pieni piha ja terassi. Kaikilla asunnoilla on oma varasto asunnon pihalla. Autopaikkoja on vuokrattavissa varaustilanteen mukaan hintaan 15 €/kk. Asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä on taloyhtiön pesutupa. Kohteessa on sähkölämmitys, joka on liitetty asukkaan käyttösähköön, sähkölämmitys ei sisälly vuokraan. Sähkölämmitystä ei saa ottaa pois päältä talven lämmityskauden aikana.

Toistaiseksi voimassa oleva vuokrasopimus, vakuus 1 kuukauden vuokran suuruinen (luottotietomerkinnät vaikuttavat vakuuden suuruteen ja asunnon saantiin) Lemmikit sallittu. Tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Vuokralainen sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen sekä tekee oman sähkösopimuksen energialaitoksen kanssa. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

Essential daily services, as well as a school and daycare, are nearby, and the center of Kerava is only a few kilometers away. The property is situated right next to the Lahti motorway, making it easy for drivers to get around. Additionally, the Kerava train station is about 1,5 kilometers away.

The housing company offers spacious family apartments with 2-4 rooms. All apartments have their own sauna, a small yard, and a terrace. Each apartment also has its own storage space in the yard. Parking spaces are available for rent depending on availability, at a price of 15€/month. Residents have access to the building's laundry room. The property has electric heating, which is connected to the tenant's electricity usage and is not included in the rent. The electric heating must not be turned off during the winter heating season.

The lease agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit one month rent (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment). Water payment 20 €/person/month, pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and in public areas of the building. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The right to make changes is reserved.
