As Oy Keravan Kokonkulma on viihtyisä ja moderni vuokrakohde, joka sijaitsee Kalevan rauhallisella ja vehreällä asuinalueella. Joulukuussa 2017 valmistuneen taloyhtiön läheltä löytyvät päivittäispalvelut, kuten kauppa ja terveyskeskus, sekä Kalevan Urheilupuisto ulkoilu- ja liikuntamahdollisuuksineen. Keravan keskustan kattavat palvelut ovat nekin vain reilun kilometrin päässä.

Yhtiö koostuu kahdesta nelikerroksisesta kerrostalosta. Asukkaiden käytössä on monipuolisia yhteistiloja, kuten kuivaushuone, ulkoiluväline- ja lastenvaunuvarasto sekä huoneistokohtaiset irtaimistovarastot. Kodin ilme on hillityn moderni  lattiat ovat harmaasävyistä laminaattia ja kylpyhuoneet laatoitettu keraamisilla laatoilla. Keittiö on varusteltu keraamisella liesitasolla, astianpesukoneella ja jääkaappipakastimella. Kaapistot ja kodinkoneet ovat vaaleansävyisiä, ja keittiön tyyli on selkeä ja ajaton. Kaikissa asunnoissa on lasitettu parveke sekä sälekaihtimet, ja osassa asunnoista on oma sauna.

Asunnoissa on keskitetty koneellinen tulo-poistoilmanvaihto, jossa on lämmöntalteenotto ja liesikuputehostus. Lämmitys hoituu vesikiertoisilla pattereilla, jotka on liitetty kaukolämpöön. Autopaikkoja on vuokrattavissa erikseen varaustilanteen mukaan.

Vuokrauksen ehdot:
 Toistaiseksi voimassa oleva vuokrasopimus, minimiasumisaika 6kk
 Vesimaksu huoneistokohtaisesti (1h: 18e/kk, 2h: 28e/kk, 3h: 36e/kk, 4h: 43e/kk)
 Vakuus vain 350 €
 Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja hankkii kotivakuutuksen
 Vuokraan sisältyy 10M taloyhtiölaajakaista
 Taloyhtiö on täysin savuton  tupakointi on kielletty myös parvekkeilla ja piha-alueella
 Lemmikit tervetulleita!

As Oy Keravan Kokonkulma is a cozy and modern rental property located in the peaceful and green Kaleva residential area in Kerava. Completed in December 2017, the property is conveniently close to everyday services such as a grocery store and health center, as well as Kaleva Sports Park, which offers a variety of outdoor and recreational opportunities. The full range of services in Kerava city center is also just over a kilometer away.

The property consists of two four-story apartment buildings. Residents have access to several shared facilities, including a drying room, storage for outdoor equipment and strollers, and private storage units for each apartment. The homes feature a calm, modern aesthetic with grey-toned laminate flooring and ceramic-tiled bathrooms. Kitchens are equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.  Security deposit is only 350 €
 Tenant is responsible for their own electricity contract and home insurance
 Rent includes a 10M broadband connection
 The property is completely smoke-free  smoking is also prohibited on balconies and in the yard
 Pets are welcome!
