Vesimaksu 20 eur/kk/hlö. Vesi laskutetaan huoneistokohtaisen vedenkulutuksen mukaan. Tasaus tehdään vähintään kerran vuodessa. 50 Mt -nettiyhteys sisältyy vuokraan. Lemmikkieläimet ovat tervetulleita asuntoihimme. Autopaikkoja on 70.
Tupakointi on kielletty myös parvekkeilla 1.9.2020 jälkeen tehdyillä sopimuksilla.

Asunnot ovat esteettömiä vuokra-asuntoja, jotka on tarkoitettu 63-vuotta ja sitä vanhemmille asukkaille. Asukasvalinnassa huomioidaan hakijan/hakijoiden terveydentila, omaisuus ja tulot. Hakemuksen liitteeksi tulee toimittaa selvitys terveydentilasta tai sosiaali- tai terveydenhuollon lausunto senioriasumisen tarpeesta. Liitteeksi tulee lisätä selvitys omaisuudesta ja tuloista (eläke/palkkatodistus, verotuspäätös ja -erittelyosa) sekä omaisuuden käyvästä arvosta ja veloista. Mikäli hakijalla/hakijoilla on omaisuutta, tulee liitteeksi toimittaa esim. toimeksiantosopimus/kauppakirja, rahasto- tai osakesalkun arvo, tms. Kopiot liitteistä riittävät.

Located in the heart of Nokia, Maununkatu 10 attracts with its excellent location. These rental apartments are designed and furnished with the needs of aging residents in mind: kitchen cabinets are within easy reach without stretching, bathrooms feature elevated toilet seats, a shower seat, and a support rail by the sink. The clear floor plans and high-quality surface materials make home cleaning easier and add comfort to daily life. Many apartments also include a balcony, further enhancing the sense of space and light in the home.

The water fee is 20 EUR/month/person. Water is billed based on individual apartment consumption, with reconciliation at least once a year. A 50 Mbps internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. There are 70 parking spaces available. Smoking is also prohibited on balconies for leases signed after September 1, 2020.

The apartments are accessible rental units intended for residents aged 63 and over. In the tenant selection process, the applicant's health, assets, and income are considered. The application must include a medical report or a statement from social or healthcare services regarding the need for senior housing. It should also include documentation of assets and income (pension/salary statement, tax decision and breakdown), as well as the market value of assets and debts. If the applicant(s) own property, the application must include, for example, a brokerage agreement/sales contract, the value of a fund or stock portfolio, etc. Copies of the documents are sufficient.
