Kylpyhuoneesta löydät myös saunan. Asunnon lähellä on paljon ravintoloita, ruokakaupat ja läheltä menee hyvät julkiset kulkuyhteydet, kuten ratikka ja linja-autot.

Asunto on täysin kalustettu ja mukaasi tarvitset vain henkilökohtaiset tavarasi. Kalustukseen kuuluu mm. kattavat ruuanlaittovälineet, laadukkaat huonekalut ja astianpesukone. Kylpyhuoneesta löydät myös pyykinpesukoneen ja kuivausrummun.
