As Oy Vantaan Astrum on valmistunut vuonna 2018 aivan Korson juna-aseman tuntumaan. Kyseessä on 16 asuinkerroksen kerrostalo, ullakko- ja kellaritiloineen. Ullakkokerroksessa sijaitsevat asukkaiden käytössä olevat yhteissauna, kuntosali ja terassi. Muita asukkaiden yhteiskäytössä olevia tiloja ovat irtaimistovarastot, ulkoiluväline -ja lastenvaunuvarastot, kerhohuone ja kuivaushuone.

Asuntojen pintamateriaalit ovat laadukkaita ja moderneja. Lattiamateriaalina on vaalea lautaparketti ja pesuhuoneissa laatoitus. Keittiön varusteisiin kuuluvat keraaminen liesitaso, kalusteuuni, astianpesukone ja jääkaappipakastin.
Pesuhuoneessa on tilavaraus ja liitännät pyykinpesukoneelle ja kuivausrummulle. Kaikki parvekkeet ovat lasitettuja ja ikkunoissa on sälekaihtimet.

Asuntojen ilmanvaihto on toteutettu keskitetyllä, koneellisella tulopoistoilman vaihtojärjestelmällä. Asuntojen lämmityksenä on termostaatein ohjattu vesikiertoinen patterilämmitys, joka on liitetty kaukolämpöverkostoon. Pesuhuoneissa on mukavuuslattialämmitys asunnon sähköstä.

Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi. Vakuus on 1 kk vuokraa vastaava ja vakuudeksi hyväksytään vain rahavakuus. Vesimaksu 20 €/hlö/kk, vesimaksu on kiinteä ja sitä ei tasata. Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen. Tupakointi kielletty huoneistoissa, yleisissä tiloissa sekä parvekkeilla. Lemmikit sallittu. Vuokraan sisältyy 10M internetyhteys. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

As Oy Vantaa Astrum was completed in July 2018, right next to the Korso train station. It is a 16-storey apartment building and on the attic floor you can find a sauna, a gym and a terrace for residents' use. Other common areas for residents include outdoor equipment and stroller storages, a club room, a drying room and every apartment also has apartment-specific storage units.

Materials of the apartments are modern and high quality. The flooring is light-coloured parquet and the bathrooms are tiled. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. The bathroom has space reservation and connections for a washing machine and a dryer. All balconies are glazed and the windows have blinds.

The apartments are ventilated by a centralized, mechanical exhaust air exchange system. The apartments are heated by thermostatically controlled water-circulation radiator heating connected to the district heating network. Bathroom floors have comfort heating connected to the apartment's electricity.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and only money deposit is accepted. Water fee is 20 €/person/month. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The rent includes 10M internet connection. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, public areas and balconies. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
