Uusi peruskorjattu kohde odottaa tulevia asukkaita Vantaan Kulomäkeen! Kohde on rakennettu 1975, mutta asunnot on uusittu täysin vuoden 2024 aikana.

Bussipysäkki heti talon edessä, Korson juna-asemalle noin kilometrin matka. Kulomäestä löytyy liikuntapuisto ja muita liikuntapaikkoja, ruokakauppa, kirjasto, päiväkoti sekä kouluja. Korson laajemmat palvelut ihan kohteen läheisyydessä. Asuntoja yksiöistä isompiin kolmioihin. Osassa asunnoista löytyy lasitettu parveke. Toimivat ja avarat pohjaratkaisut, jotka joustavat moneen tarpeeseen. Kaikki asunnot uusitaan kauttaaltaan peruskorjauksen aikana  asunnoissa on laadukkaat pintamateriaalit. Kylpyhuoneessa on valmius pyykinpesukoneelle. Kohteella on yleinen saunaosasto, irtain- ja pyörävarastot, pesutupa ja kuivaushuone. Autopaikat vuokrataan erikseen varaustilanteen mukaan. Vuokraan sisältyy Telian laajakaista 50M. Kohteeseen tullaan asentamaan myös aurinkopaneelit vuoden 2025 aikana.

Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva. Vakuus 250 € (luottotietomerkinnät vaikuttavat vakuuden suuruuteen ja asunnon saantiin). Vesiennakkomaksu 20 €/hlö/kk, joka tasataan käytön mukaan. Lemmikit sallittu, tupakointi kielletty asuinhuoneistossa, parvekkeilla ja yleisissä tiloissa. Koti- ja vastuuvakuutus vaaditaan. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen. Pidätämme oikeudet muutoksiin.

A New completely renovated building waiting for future residents in Kulomäki, Vantaa! The building was built in 1975, but the apartments have been completely renovated during 2024.

The location has excellent public transport connections. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and the nearest train station is only about a kilometer away. In Kulomäki you will find a sports park and other sports facilities, a grocery store, a library, a kindergarten and schools. The largest sports complex in Vantaa, Elmo, will also be completed nearby, which will provide a versatile possibility for sports activities for all ages. Apartments range from studios to larger 2-bedroom apartments. Some of the apartments have a glazed balcony. Apartments have functional and spacious floor plans that are flexible for many needs. All apartments will be renovated throughout - with high quality finishes. Bathrooms are equipped have space reservation and connections for washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven and a fridge-freezer.

The building has mechanical ventilation and geothermal heating as a cost-effective energy source. Common areas for residents include sauna area, storage areas including apartment specific storage units, a laundry room and a drying room. Parking spaces are rented separately. The rent includes 50M internet connection from Telia. Solar panels will also be installed during 2025.

The lease agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit 250€ (credit history may affect the amount of the security deposit and possibility to rent the apartment). Water pre-payment 20 €/person/month, which is adjusted based on consumption. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, on the balconies and in public areas of the building. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The right to make changes is reserved.
