Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen energiayhtiön kanssa ja sitoutuu ottamaan asuntoon kotivakuutuksen. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M laajakaista. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita. Tupakointi huoneiston sisätiloissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidetään.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance. The rent includes 50M internet connection. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. The right to make changes is reserved.
