As Oy Helsingin Vanhanlinnantie 3 on valmistunut vuonna 2012 Itäkeskukseen, aivan Puotilan metroaseman viereen. Talosta löytyy huoneistoja yksiöistä aina kuuden huoneen perheasuntoihin asti. Metro ja kattavat bussiyhteydet tarjoavat loistavat kulkuyhteydet ympäri pääkaupunkiseutua. As Oy Helsingin Vanhanlinnantie 3 was completed in 2012 in Itäkeskus, right next to Puotila metro station. The building offers apartments ranging from studios to family size apartments. The metro and bus connections provide excellent transport links around the capital region. The services in the area are excellent: the Prisma supermarket is located in the same building and the comprehensive services of the Itis shopping centre with its shops and restaurants are also right next door. The apartments have laminate flooring, dishwashers and glazed balconies, which are located on the side of a peaceful courtyard.
