A beautiful, fully furnished house in a truly quiet neighborhood. You can drive to the city in 15-18 minutes and to Hervanta in 12-15 minutes. The bus stop is only 1-minute walk (140m) serving routes 15A/B and the ride takes about 35 minutes to city center. If you work in Hervanta or city and have children attending to FISTA or IB, you will have very convenient commutes for all your family.

The house has 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room that are connected with well-lit, wide corridors. Living room has a fireplace that retains a large amount of heat, providing warmth throughout the night, many hours after the fire died out. There is a large sofa and expandable (8 to 12 people) dining table with chairs (we have only 6 chairs).

The first bathroom hosts a shower, a toilet, and cabinet with drawers. The second bathroom has two open showers and a beautiful sauna with electric heating and a nice yard view. The second toilet is a separate space with a smaller cabinet but a large mirror with small, open shelves.

The laundry room has its own sink and counter space, and direct access to back yard. The kitchen has a counter length totaling 4.80m (including the sink and stove) and additionally, hosts a counter+table with 4 high chairs. The appliances include an induction stove, oven, microwave, a full-height freezer and a separate 2-door+2-drawer fridge, and a dishwasher.

There is Gbit fiber internet (fiber ends inside the house). There is an electric socket (15Amp) at the yard where you can park and charge your electric car. The yard has ample parking space for multiple cars. On the front yard, we have a terrace and gas barbecue where you can enjoy the summer.

There are multiple lakes with beaches in walking distance, and a cross-country ski track that expands about 4km and surrounded by forest, farms, and a lake (Ruotasjärvi).

We have a large trampoline and small inflatable boat that the tenant can also enjoy once set up.
