I'm looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Matinkylä (Espoo). It's a two beedroom apartment with a spacious living room and huge terrace&balcony. There is a sauna in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and includes a 100M internet connection. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Iso Omena with all its services at your disposal. Iso Omena also contains the metro stop at Matinkylä. Walking distance from the beach as well as the multiple services in the area.
The apartment works well for a remote job thanks to the separate office room.
There is a possibility to rent a car spot with charging capability separately.
