We are looking for new tenant(s) to this bright fully furnished and equipped apartment in the fourth floor for a flexible period ranging from a week to a full year and over in Neljäs linja Kallio, Helsinki. This neat and tidy studio accommodates from two to four persons thanks to an extendable sofa-bed as well as enables remote working due to the workstation and wifi included. The island in the open kitchen invites to enjoy breakfast either by yourself or with some company. Washing machine inside apartment.

The apartment comes as fully equipped, from wine glasses to the washing machine – and if anything is missing we will bring it to you without a further a due nor any extra cost. The park-like inner yard brings the cosiness into the apartment and let’s the tenants to enjoy outside without being disturbed by the noises of the city. The inner yard as a bbq and some parking spots that did not have any queue on them at the time of writing this ad. The tenant needs to wait for an open spot though. There is a possibility to get a regular sauna shift for 20€ per week.

Kaikkiin alle kuuden kuukauden pituisien vuokrauksien kuukausihintaan lisätään 14% ALV päälle. Kuukausihinnat pitävät sisällään veden, sähkön, internetin, petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet.

Etsimme vuokralaisia tähän valoisaan neljännen kerroksen täysin kalustettuun ja varusteltuun asuntoon joustavalle aikavälille viikosta vuoteen ja yli Neljännelle linjalle Kallioon. Tämä siisti yksiö majoittaa kätevästi kahdesta neljään henkilöä tuplasängyn ja levitettävän vuodesohvan ansiosta mahdollistaen kätevästi myös etätyön tekemisen työpisteen avulla. Keittiön saareke mahdollistaa mukavat aamupalahetket yksin, kaksin tai pienellä seurueella. Pyykinpesukone sisällä asunnossa.

Asunto on täysin varusteltu viinilaseista pesukoneeseen, ja mikäli jotain puuttuu tuomme sen asunnolle viipymättä ja veloituksetta. Puistomainen sisäpiha tuo näin kevään ja kesän koittaessa viihtyisyyttä sekä ikkunan kautta sisään asuntoon, että ulkoilumahdollisuuksien myötä asukkaalle. Sisäpihalta löytyy mm. grilli. Saunavuoro taloyhtiöstä maksaa 20€/kk. Sisäpihalta löytyy myös autopaikkoja, joihin ei ilmoituksen kirjoittamishetkellä ollut lainkaan jonoa. Asukas joutuu odottamaan seuraavaa vapautuvaa paikkaa.
