The rent is inclusive of water, electricity, heating and internet. No insurance is required. The refundable security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.
The sizes of the rooms are between 8 to 13 Sq.M. In addition, the tenants have 26 Sq.M of common area consisting of: kitchen, bathroom, living room and a nice balcony.
