Fully furnished and equipped beautiful studio apartment available in a great location in Helsinki, Töölö. Free from 1st of August (1.8). (the start of the rental period is negotiable)

In the apartment, high room height brings a sense of space, and a sleeping loft above the kitchen offers additional space. In addition, an external closet is available separately. Also free parking in the courtyard.

The apartment has a separate toilet and bathroom, which have just been completely renovated. Both rooms have underfloor heating. The bathroom has a rain shower and a new washing machine, which also has a laundry drying function.

The kitchen is fully equipped including also all the kitchen utensils and cutlery etc.

Internet is included in the rent.

Tenant can also use 2 bicycles if she/he wishes. Getting to know Helsinki by bicycle is convenient and comfortable.

The building company has a separate, free-to-use club room for residents to use, for example for parties or remote working etc. There is also a free bicycle storage room for residents.

The location of the apartment is great. The city center is within walking distance. Also trams and buses pass by in many different directions right next door. Idyllic green Töölönlahti park for walking and jogging and numerous restaurants, Opera house, Olympic Stadium, Töölöntori next door. The swimming stadium is not far away either.

Preferably rented for a longer period over 12 months, but shorter rental periods are also considered.

(if the tenant just wants to leave the loft bed, we can remove the double bed from the apartment.)

If the tenant wants to bring their own furniture to the apartment, this can be discussed and this is negotiable. If the tenant has special requirements when it comes to furniture or other equipment, this is also negotiable.
