The apartment has been fully renovated in 2021 and all rooms come with wooden or newly installed laminate flooring. Each room offers a view to either Satakunnankatu (you will not hear any traffic, as the apartment is on the fifth floor) or the spacious inner courtyard. Two of the rooms have access to the balcony. All rooms are soundproof and have lockable doors.

The apartment has 45 sq m / 485 sq ft of shared space with other tenants: kitchen, living room /dining area, two newly built bathrooms and another, separate toilet. The apartment is fitted with a laundry machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. We have even installed a mains powered fire alarm system for you.

The apartment accommodates up to six tenants and is available to both male and female tenants.

The application process will involve background/credit checks. A security deposit of two months’ rent is required for successful applicants. Smoking or pets are not allowed. Fixed-term tenancies only, for example from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2025.
