Huoneistojen varustelutaso on laadukas ja asunnot ovat sisustettu modernein sävyin vastaamaan vaativampaakin makua. Vuokrasopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva, yhden kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Vakuusmaksu on 1kk vuokran suuruinen ja vesimaksu sisältyy vuokraan. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen energiayhtiön kanssa ja sitoutuu ottamaan asuntoon kotivakuutuksen. Vuokraan sisältyy 10M laajakaista. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita. Tupakointi huoneistossa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidetään.

Campaign offer: The first full month's rent is free of charge, when the contract is signed during May. The first termination date for the campaign agreement is 11 months from the start of the rental agreement. Alternatively it is possible to get two weeks rent free, the first termination date for the two week campaign agreement is 5 months from the start of the rental agreement. The deposit is only €350. If campaign agreement is terminated before the first possible termination date a penalty equal of one months rent needs to be paid.

The level of equipment in the apartments is high quality and the apartments are furnished in modern colours to meet even the most demanding tastes. All necessary services are within walking distance and the Myyrmanni shopping centre is right next door. Public transport connections are excellent, with both a train and bus station nearby.

Kilterinkuja 4 is located next door to Virtatalo, where residents can work remotely. Please contact the maintenance company for more information. Residents have access to outdoor equipment storage, a public hall, laundry, drying rooms, furniture storage and a gym on the 1st floor with a Smartpost vending machine. Parking is available in the basement of the building (€80/month) or in the adjacent cave park (€60/month). There are 4 electric car charging points in the garage.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance. The rent includes 10M internet connection. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and public areas. The right to make changes is reserved.
