We are looking for tenant(s) for flexible time period to this brand new and premium fully furnished and equipped apartment with a glassed balcony 5-minute walk away from the Lauttasaari metro station. The building has been finished 2023, all the materials and furnishing is of premium quality.

High-quality king-size double-bed, large balcony with no buildings opposite, a dining set for 4 both inside and outside, fast wifi, large smart TV, dishwasher, and a washing machine. (Washing machine not included in the photos but will be provided). Smart features of the home controlled via pad attached to the wall – controls of light, heat, ventilation, and a reservation system to book a sauna, lounge, or a laundry room anytime you like for a small fee.

The building has a gym in the cellar you can use without a reservation and free of charge. Parking spot might be available from the garage below, we will find out the latest situation upon a request.

Kaikkiin alle 6 kuukauden mittaisiin vuokrauksiin kuukausihintaan lisätään 10% ALV. Kuukausihinta pitää sisällään veden, sähkön ja netin sekä hotellitasoiset liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet.

Etsimme vuokralaisia upouuteen ja korkealaatuiseen täysin kalustettuun ja varusteltuun kaksioon lasitetulla parvekkeella 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Lauttasaaren metroasemasta. 2023 valmistunut uudisrakennus, kaikki materiaalit parasta laatua.

Korkealaatuinen 180cm leveä parivuode, suuri lasitettu parveke aukealla näkymällä, ruokaryhmä neljälle sekä sisällä että ulkona, nopea wifi, suuri älytelevisio, astianpesukone ja pyykinpesukone (pyykinpesukone puuttuu kuvista mutta toimitetaan). Älykoti – valot, lämpö ja ilmanvaihto kontrolloitavissa seinään kiinnitetyllä tabletilla. Varausjärjestelmä josta saat muutamalla klikkauksella varattua käyttöösi lounge-tilat, saunan tai pyykkituvan pientä lisäkorvausta vastaan.

Rakennuksen kellarissa on ilmainen punttisali ilman varausta. Autohallissa saattaa olla paikkoja vapaana, selvitämme tilanteen pyynnöstäsi.
